Support Help Desk
Our support help desk is integrated with your production system to provide you with fast, easy, and ticket-based communication. We can work with or without SLAs. We are available to provide user support, training, consulting, and development services in German and English.

Customer Care Manager
You´ll never walk alone! When you partner with care4cloud, you’ll always have a dedicated contact person at your side. Through regular coordination meetings, they’ll identify opportunities for process improvement, proactively monitor the system, and assist you with release planning.

Business performance check
In the Business Performance Check, we analyze your business processes and requirements, as well as the cloud ERP functions you use. We evaluate your system’s current business performance and identify potential courses of action, including an action plan.

Training and education
