Hybrid or 100% remote
100% remote work possible: You can work from your home office in Germany or Switzerland. If one of our offices is near you, we welcome you at our locations in Viernheim, Lippstadt and Cham. And we are always happy to see you here.

We can't (yet) offer you a fancy startup loft office with a roof terrace, but you will meet great people who like to stroll around the block after lunch, take coffee breaks with cow's or oat milk, fish the best fruit out of the fruit box on Mondays and skillfully divide nut mixes among themselves. You will also always find someone interested in an after-work beer.
In a family atmosphere
You will work in a family environment that allows you flexibility in your everyday life thanks to our New Work concept. Balancing family, hobbies and work is not always easy. We all deal with such issues and therefore we support you wherever we can.
With modern equipment and technologies
Whether at home or in the office, we always provide you with two external monitors, an external camera and a headset. You can also choose a company cell phone if you need one for your role.

Time for you
In Germany, you have 30 vacation days and an additional day off on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. In Switzerland, your regular vacation entitlement is 25 days and 28 days from the age of 50.
Remote Work
You can work 100% remotely from Germany or Switzerland if the journey to one of our locations in Viernheim, Lippstadt or Cham is too long. Otherwise, we live a hybrid working model.

In Switzerland, we have taken out a KTG that covers loss of salary due to illness. We also cover accident insurance (NBU) in full.
